COWorking Firm Cocotiv Expands, Doubles Space at 1515 Montford park in Charlotte

Charlotte, NC – May 1, 2019 CoCoTiv, a Charlotte-based coworking firm, has signed a 12,607-sq.-ft. lease at 1515 Montford Park, a creative office building in South Charlotte’s Montford Park district. With this lease, CoCoTiv will occupy the entire seventh floor in addition to the full fourth floor, which the company has called home since 2018. The additional space will more than double the firm’s footprint at the property, totaling 25,214 sq. ft. upon move-in this August.

CBRE’s Joe Franco and Paula Moss arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord and building owner, Charlotte-based Grubb Properties.

Grubb Properties completed an extensive renovation and amenity program at the property in 2018. The fifth floor now includes a tenant lounge, complete with an open-air patio, shuffleboard table and premium coffee bar. The building also features open concept spaces, exposed ceilings, access to a top-quality fitness and cycle center, and is within walking distance to a variety of retail, restaurant, and entertainment options.
